"Fright Night" Stage Adaptation of the Film to be produced by Infinite Abyss

The cult '80s hit horror movie Fright Night has been adapted to the stage by writer James Micheal Shoberg, and will be produced this summer by Infinite Abyss Productions at The Foundry in Wilton Manners.

The show will be directed by Erynn Dalton, who will also appear in a supporting role among a cast of Abyss core actors plus some very talented newcomers.

For those not familiar with Fright Night, it's an intentionally campy vampire movie that stars Roddy McDowell as Peter Vincent, an aging horror movie vampire slayer, who is called upon to fight a real-life vampire. The stage adaptation stays true to the movie.

The performance includes elaborate sets, incredible special effects, blood, gore, and even an exact replica of Peter Vincent's Vampire Killing Kit.

The show will run weekends in July and August at The Foundry.
